Having a baby means going back to school. The supplies are a little different (you need pillows and a blanket), but the note-taking is essentially the same. There are so many classes offered, it's difficult to find the time to attend them all! They offer daddy boot camp (which I couldn't convince Forrest to attend), infant and child CPR, classes to help adjust your pet to the new baby, variations of Lamaze, and the list goes on.
We decided to sign up for the regular birthing classes provided by the hospital. The class covers a bit on pregnancy, false labor, real labor, actual birth, after birth, a tour of the hospital, and initial infant care. The class is designed to talk couples through every type of delivery, natural (with or without drugs) and C-sections. We made it to two out of four of the classes. Each class was three hours and after torturing ourselves through two, we decided reading the book would be enough. I know what you're thinking. We should have stuck with it, but the instructor was literally reading from the book and the videos from the 80s were more scary than helpful.

hahahah That makes me laugh so hard that you guys just stopped going. I don't blame you, though!
HA! You don't need to stick through those classes! They show the worst of the worst and freak you out! It will happen when Baby T is ready and he will let you know how he wants to make his entrance! :) Good luck and I have been checking in here and FB for updates. WOW! 6 more days! Margaux came 2 weeks early and I was ready then! (PS: Go pamper yourself - get a mani/pedi and enjoy!)
